Swap summer coastal Maine for winter Banff.

Hello. I built a guest house in my backyard. It's in Scarborough Maine. We are 6 miles from Portland Maine and Scarborough has three beaches. The beaches are 2 to 3 miles away. There is a two burner propane stove with a pump Coldwater kitchen sink. There is an outdoor shower and a toilet in the basement of the main house.
The yard has a hammock, a grill, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. There is parking for a car. This is an area that's also easy to get around with Uber. You may have use of a men's bicycle as well.
I want to spend 2 to 4 weeks in Banff this winter. Second half of February, first half of March. I'm looking to find someone who would like to trade use. In this trade I also will include use of my mountain house in Bethlehem New Hampshire in the White Mountains and I would be willing to take you on a couple boat rides in Casco Bay.
18 foot Center console or 32 foot cabin cruiser.
One, two maybe three people would be ideal. There is a sleeper loveseat and a queen air bed and use of laundry.

Casco Bay has a fantastic ferry system that is reasonable and convenient for exploring the islands off the coast of Portland.

I am a single guy in my 50s. I'm in adventure, small business owner, boater, skier. I am also landlord and have the ability to provide you with a background check on me and would like to do this arrangement with someone who is comfortable with me doing a background check on them as we will be Sharing each other's personal space.

I love your part of the world if you're reading this and you're at least curious about mine. Please google image search Casco Bay and Portland Maine. It's a wonderful place in the summer.

I could be happy with a comfortable bed room and kitchen privileges in Banff.

My motivation in coming back to Banff is to ski every day.
I like to ski early and hard and enjoy a little Apri ski. Not much for late nights.

Check out the photos and reach out if this is appealing.
Have a great day

Christer
